Things to do, people to see

For my university final major project, I produced a poster series for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM). The purpose of the campaign was to raise awareness for the positive effects that hobbies and exercise can bring to the mental health of young men. It also aimed to challenge the stigma around perceived masculinity and encourage men to open up to their friends and family.
